An air cooler goes through the processes of raw material processing,injection molding, inspection of semi-finished materials, assembly, final product inspection, packaging, and loading. At each stage, we take full responsibility for ensuring everything is in order. Only after confirming that there are no issues at each stage will we deliver it to the customer. And at each stage, we kept in constant communication with the customers, enabling them to better understand the product development process and the work we had done, and thus feel more at ease. The timely feedback and resolution of the client's proposed solution were provided because this is our job.


Each air cooler that put on the production line needs to be checked to ensure that its operating functions are normal. If any non-compliant models are found, they should be taken down, disassembled, and the problems should be investigated and resolved.

At the same time, we will also conduct aging tests on a sample of the models to check if the performance is satisfactory. Tested the wind speed, power, air flow, ionizer function, cooling function, and water consumption of the test model...

After testing and based on the standard test records and reports, only when it is qualified can it be packed and stored in the warehouse.
In addition, the customer can also appoint their own inspection personnel to come and conduct sample checks. We will cooperate throughout the process until the goods are in good condition and the customer is satisfied.

Finally, after obtaining the customer's final approval and successful payment, we reserved the containers, and then transported the containers to our factory for loading. Throughout the loading process, we were constantly supervising it.
