Job Title: Structural Designer

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for product structure design, scheme demonstration and optimization, follow up the whole process from project initiation, prototype development to mass production, and ensure the design scheme is feasible, compliant and meets product performance requirements.

2. Proficient in design and drawing software including Pro/E, AutoCAD, Creo, UG and SolidWorks. Independently conduct complex product structure design, complex surface modeling and 3D modeling, as well as product rendering and animation production to clearly display product structure and appearance. Cooperate with marketing, production and other departments for product presentation and technical communication.

3. Strictly abide by industry safety standards, and integrate knowledge of basic electrical components into design. Balance product safety, practicality and cost-effectiveness, avoid potential structural safety hazards, and ensure products comply with relevant industry regulations.

4. Cooperate with the production department to solve structural problems in mass production and optimize production technology; participate in product iteration, upgrading and technical improvement. Efficiently conduct cross-departmental collaboration, timely feedback and solve design issues to ensure projects proceed on schedule with qualified quality.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Experience: 3–5 years or above of practical experience in structural design. Candidates with experience in designing fans, electric water heaters, environmental control equipment and similar products are preferred. Those who can independently complete the full process of product structural design and have experience in mass production launch will be given priority.

3. Professionalism: Strong sense of teamwork, good communication and collaboration skills to integrate into the team quickly. Proactive, responsible, with strong accountability, execution and problem-solving abilities. Able to work under pressure, rigorous, detail-oriented and committed to excellence in design work.

4. Work Location: Able to work at designated locations within Shunde District and obey reasonable work arrangements of the company.
